The Link Between Mental Health and Exercise - A Short Documentary

This short documentary was made as my final major project at university. With experience navigating my own mental health and finding exercise as an effective outlet I wanted to create a documentary to convey this to others. Whilst also proving that exercise helps those struggling from bad mental health. I hope that this short documentary encourages others to speak out and talk when mental health gets bad.

Evanesce - A Short Film

Evanesce is a short film about a couple who's love story is perfect. That is until shocking revelations result in a downwards spiral for the man in the relationship. This short film was created whilst in my final year of university, where myself and my team wanted to explore the concept on making a short film without ever showing the faces of any of the characters.

It Will Come - A Short Documentary

It Will Come is a short documentary that explores the life of Lisa Griffiths. From a difficult childhood, to mental health struggles, to owning a business, there is plenty to delve into. This is one of my favourite pieces I’ve ever been a part of, and my favourite project I’ve personally made. I was given the chance during my second year at university to create a documentary about my mother’s life. As we are very close, it was a great feeling to be able to represent how strong she is and give the spotlight to her for a change. I’m very proud of this piece of work, especially due to the fact it was made when I was 20 years old.
